By commissioning work, the buyer acknowledges that these Terms of Service apply regardless of whether the client has read them, and take effect immediately once the commission has begun.

Full ownership of commissioned work is transferred to the client upon receipt of 100% of the agreed payment.

I accept Robux (DevEx Rates), PayPal, Bank Transfer, and CashApp.

A 30% upfront payment is required before work begins, and this upfront amount will be deducted from the final payment. Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. Refunds are only eligible if the project fails to meet the agreed deadline, unless an extension has been mutually approved.

The delivery timeline stated in the agreement serves as the official deadline, subject to adjustment only with mutual consent from both parties.

Any form of toxic, rude, or unprofessional behavior may result in immediate termination of the commission and permanent blacklisting from future services.

Filing a payment dispute or chargeback through any payment platform will result in a permanent blacklist from all Roblox-related commissions and may lead to reports across relevant Discord development servers and communities.

Breach of these terms may result in refusal of future service and reporting to Roblox development networks.
